Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Programme Associate to support planning, implementation, and evaluation of wellbeing programmes for seniors in the community care sector. You will coordinate logistics, engage clients and caregivers, and work with internal teams, partners, volunteers, and therapists to ensure smooth programme delivery.

You will assist with preparing materials, progress reports, and stakeholder updates, collecting feedback, and contributing to continuous service improvement

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in healthcare, gerontology, social work, psychology, public health, business or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant healthcare or community care experience.

Responsibilities

• Programme Planning and Delivery: assist planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of programmes for seniors and caregivers.
• Client Care and Engagement: engage seniors, caregivers, volunteers and partners; manage enquiries and enrolments.
• Programme Evaluation and Service Improvement: collect and analyse programme data; support pilot programmes and service improvement.
• Ground Operations and Stakeholder Engagement: observe operations, maintain partnerships, coordinate meetings and ensure effective communication.
