Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Programme Coordinator to plan, organise and run active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community. You will ensure programmes meet standards, engage clients and collaborate with partners to deliver meaningful activities.

Based in Eunos, you will coordinate stakeholder communications, guide volunteers, manage programme budgets and resources, and work with health or social service organisations to extend services.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline (preferably Social Services or related fields).
• Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting.
• Min 1 year of relevant experience with conducting programmes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
