Job summary

National University Polyclinics seeks an organised administrator to support community-oriented clinical operations and business partnerships. You will assist in developing integrated care models, support data-driven decision making, and help drive quality improvement initiatives across the Community team.

The role involves project support, event coordination, and daily office operations, with opportunities to work on efficiency initiatives and patient experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Diploma and above in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years in large organisations, especially in administration, innovation projects or healthcare operations.
• Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Prior experience using EPIC and SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support for departments' work in development of integrated care models focusing on transitional, pre- and post-hospital workflows.
• Support data operations to support clinical operations and decision-making.
• Assist quality improvement and innovations for the Community team.
