WeWork Singapore is seeking a Community Associate to be the face of the building, greeting members and guests and supporting the Community Management team. You will ensure operations run smoothly, support events, and promote WeWork services.

Ideal candidates bring customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and a passion for entrepreneurial communities. This role emphasizes relationship-building, multi-tasking, and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self‑awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities.
• Passion and understanding of WeWork’s mission and values.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a welcoming demeanor and be the on-site point of contact.
• Maintain front desk operations during open hours and ensure smooth guest sign-in.
• Support events by coordinating logistics and communications, and promoting activities.
• Manage mail, packages, and building-related operations including keys and post handling.
• Engage with members to foster connections and a thriving community.
