Job summary

ELITEZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Temporary Community Outreach Assistant for Frontier (Boon Lay) in Singapore. The role runs from 5 Oct to 7 Nov 2026 with training paid and online interviews.

You will assist with event setup, engage residents, guide registrations via mobile devices, and handle basic inquiries. The shift includes Mon–Fri and Sat hours, and requires comfort with WhatsApp usage.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to take Tdap & MMR vaccinations.
• Training provided; 5–9 Oct (paid).

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and coordination.
• Engage residents and introduce the programme.
• Guide residents through registration using mobile phones/WhatsApp.
• Assist with QR code, OTP, form submission and health readings.
• Answer basic enquiries.
• Distribute giveaways to registrants.
• Manage booth and crowd flow.

(Training: 5–9 Oct (Paid) – Training will be provided and conducted in the West)

Working Hours

Mon–Fri: 9:30am–3:30pm (1hr lunch)

Sat: 9:00am–12:30pm

Job Scope

• Assist with event setup and coordination

Requirements

• Own mobile phone and comfortable using WhatsApp
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable assisting senior residents with mobile phone usage
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
