Job summary

Club HEAL Singapore invites a Social Work Associate to engage clients and caregivers in meaningful activities within the CREST programme, across individual and group settings. You will assist in planning, monitoring progress, and provide daily administrative support to the team.

You will coordinate outreach events with community partners, ensure timely data collection and quarterly reports, and help maintain resources and training schedules in line with programme requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in social work, counselling, psychology or other fields related to healthcare and community care.
• 2–3 years relevant working experience in healthcare/community care.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and caregivers in meaningful activities based on interests.
• Coordinate outreach and engagement events with community partners.
• Perform data collation and quarterly report submissions for the CREST programme.
• Store and maintain data and documents per CREST requirements and data protection guidelines.
• Coordinate staff training schedules with the Social Worker (Team Lead).
• Attend training and supervision sessions as part of staff competency.
