SAGE Counselling Centre seeks a Programme Coordinator to support CREST activities at Sengkang. You will coordinate centre-based programmes, engage seniors and community members, manage attendance and records, and assist with outreach events and communications.

You will work closely with CREST staff, volunteers and partners to ensure smooth delivery, data accuracy and timely follow-up, including weekend outreach when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum polytechnic diploma or equivalent; experience in social services or outreach is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Comfort using WhatsApp and email for participant communications.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Able to work weekends for outreach events.

Responsabilités

• Programme & Activity Coordination: plan, coordinate and conduct centre-based programmes, workshops and outreach initiatives; manage venue setup, materials and equipment; coordinate registration and attendance; follow up on schedules.
• Participant Engagement & Outreach: engage seniors, caregivers, residents and the public; introduce SAGE Counselling Centre’s services; encourage participation; maintain communications via email/WhatsApp; send reminders.
• Administration & Data Management: maintain participant records and attendance; update databases; prepare simple reports and statistics.
• Outreach & Event Support: assist with outreach events, roadshows and talks; support registration, crowd management and logistics; weekend/outside hours when required.
