Job summary

MINDSG Ltd. is seeking a Programme Executive for Befriending & Respite within its Community-Based Support Services. You will help plan, coordinate and execute programme events, working with Home-based Care, Me Too!, Special Student Care Centres and other services to support families of PWIDs.

Requires a diploma or degree with 1–2 years of experience and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates are empathetic, self-driven, and able to travel island-wide to engage with caregivers and partner

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree with 1–2 years working experience.
• Social Service sector / programme management experience will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel island wide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme events and activities.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for programmes.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services.
