Job summary

MINDS in Singapore is seeking a Programme Executive (Outreach and Engagement) to collaborate with assigned centres, volunteers and community partners to run outreach activities and engage clients and caregivers. You will coordinate programme planning, training and evaluation to promote inclusive community participation.

• Minimum Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services or related fields.
• At least 2 years working experience in a relevant role or environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach and engagement activities with community partners.
• Develop relationships with volunteers and stakeholders to support programmes.
• Assist in programme planning, execution and evaluation.
• Support daily centre operations and client engagement at the Community Inclusive Space.
