Hilton International Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Commis Cook to support the kitchen team with food preparation and plating under the supervision of senior chefs. You’ll help deliver great-tasting dishes and uphold Hilton’s high standards of hospitality.

The role requires English communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic food safety knowledge, and readiness to rotate shifts. Join a premium hotel team and grow within a global hospitality brand.

Competenze

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Basic knowledge of local, Western, and international cuisine.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on operational requirements.

Mansioni

• Complete and ensure all work done in assigned areas are to the highest cleanliness standards and in adherence to Hilton policies and procedures HACCP.
• Prepare and plate accordingly to established Hilton guidelines and food standards.
• Set up and complete mise en place for breakfast, lunch or dinner according to the schedule.
• Operate equipment safely in the kitchen and keep them clean after use.
• Read and understand all orders and prepare/present food on time according to Hilton standards.
• Respect and accommodate servers' requests regarding guest preferences.
• Follow standard recipes to maintain quality in production and presentation.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; report accidents promptly.
