Job summary

Oceanix Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This role offers hands-on learning from experienced chefs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment for someone passionate about food and eager to grow.

You will assist with daily prep, basic cooking tasks including mise en place, and proper storage of ingredients to maintain freshness. You’ll keep workstations clean and organized, follow hygiene standards, and support the team to ensure timely service

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience or culinary school training is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in cooking and eagerness to learn new culinary skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good time management skills and attention to detail.
