Overview

Commercial Interior Designer (Retail and Commercial) | $2,800 - $4,000

• 5 Day Work Week
• Location: Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities

Execute full sets of drawings for submission to clients, consultants and building management, including:

• 3D Visuals & Renderings
• Layout Plans
• Detailed Elevations and Construction drawings
• Reflected Ceiling Plans
• M&E Coordination Plans
• Material / Finish Boards
• Conduct site measurements, attend client and supplier meetings
• Coordinate work on-site and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Obtain quotes and samples from suppliers and vendors
• Ensure all work meets project deadlines and quality standards
• Assist in project management and oversee design execution when needed

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop
• 2-3+ Years of interior design experience in Retail / Commercial focus preferred
• Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and great self-initiative
