Mappinng in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales / Business Development Executive to grow the commercial cleaning portfolio. Based in Bishan, you will visit client sites and develop opportunities with offices, clinics, and retailers.

You will identify decision-makers, make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with operations to prepare quotations. The role includes a base salary of S$2,200–S$2,500 per month, plus commission and performance bonus, with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0-2 years in B2B sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated with ownership of opportunities.
• Able to travel to client sites.

Responsabilités

• Find new commercial cleaning opportunities among offices and other businesses.
• Identify decision-makers and reach out via calls, email, networking, and visits.
• Respond to enquiries and follow up leads generated through outreach tools.
• Understand prospect requirements: location, floor area, frequency, budget, start date.
• Arrange meetings and site assessments; work with operations to prepare quotations.
• Follow up quotations and close profitable contracts.
• Record office move/expansion opportunities and coordinate with colleagues.
• Maintain accurate lead records and weekly pipeline updates.
• Ensure smooth handover when a customer signs up.
