Job summary

Nexus Management Services PTE. LTD. is hiring a Catering Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily catering operations and ensure service quality.

The role involves supporting, supervising and coordinating schedules, resources and equipment; identifying efficiency improvements; resolving issues; reporting attendance and targets; and participating in staff recruitment and training. The position offers a 6.6 day workweek and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
• Physically fit and able to work in a kitchen environment.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support / supervise / monitor operations schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, work activities, resources and equipment.
• Identify / propose efficiency improvements; problem solving.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts / emergencies.
• Report attendance, tracking targets achievement.
• Recruitment / selection / staff training.
• Other duties as per instructed.
