Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Commercial Building Executive (West) to oversee daily operations and maintenance of building facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and well‑maintained environment.

You will coordinate inspections, manage outsourced service providers, monitor budgets, liaise with tenants and authorities, and support contract administration to drive reliable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in Building Management & Services, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building, common areas, and facilities, and coordinate rectification works where required.
• Manage outsourced service providers, including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and maintenance contractors.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, M&E inspections, and unit fit-out/reinstatement activities.
• Monitor and maintain fire protection systems, execute fire drills, and support emergency response initiatives.
• Manage the use of common facilities and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Prepare and monitor operational and capital expenditure budgets.
• Support contract administration, procurement, and documentation for building operations.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve operational issues and implement improvement works.
• Build positive tenant relationships by addressing feedback promptly and providing after-hours emergency support when required.
