AGS INTEGRATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Command Centre Security Executive to lead and coordinate security operations for client sites.

This full-time role focuses on high-quality, proactive security services and incident management. You will oversee CCTV monitoring, alarms, reporting, SOP development, and team training, while liaising with clients and authorities to uphold the highest security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations.
• Valid Security License with PWM grade SS or higher.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Strong understanding of security systems, protocols and emergency response.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform CCTV surveillance, virtual patrols, investigations, and access control remotely.
• Monitor and respond to alarms, alerts and security incidents.
• Monitor security equipment and coordinate with tech team for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of security activities. Liaise with on-site security personnel for daily operations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, deployment plans, and on-the-job training lists.
• Provide training and support to the security team.
• Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and stakeholders to ensure high security standards.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Command Centre Security Executive to join our team at AGS INTEGRATION PTE. LTD. (AGSI) in the Toh Guan West Region. This full-time role will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality security services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Static duties include CCTV surveillance, virtual patrols, investigations, and access control remotely
2. Monitoring and responding to security alarms/alerts and incidents
3. Monitoring security equipment and systems, and coordinating with the tech team for repair and maintenance
4. Maintaining detailed records and reports of security activitiesLiaise with on‑site security personnel for daily operation
5. Developing and maintaining SOP, deployment plan and OJT list
6. Providing training and support to the security team
7. Liaising with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of security

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations
2. Valid Security License with PWM grade of SS and above.
3. Strong track record in punctuality and attendance
4. Strong understanding of security systems, protocols, and emergency response procedures
5. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders

8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required
