NetLink Trust is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to support day-to-day physical security operations across our Central Offices in Singapore. You will help implement security procedures, monitor CCTV and access control, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a valid SSO license (an advantage), and good communication skills to respond promptly to incidents and maintain security records.

Formación

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC or Security Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in physical security operations, security systems and/or Facilities Management.
• Possess a valid Senior Security Officer (SSO) licence issued by the Singapore Police Force is added advantage.
• Relevant experience in CCTV monitoring, security systems, access control and incident management is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with security personnel and external vendors.
• Able to work independently and respond promptly to security incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support CCTV, Access Control, Visitor Management System, intrusion detection and other physical security systems, including system access, records and operational requirements.
• Process and manage access pass applications, including approval coordination, printing, issuance and maintaining proper access records.
• Coordinate and follow up on security system faults, preventive maintenance, repair works and service reports, ensuring issues are properly tracked through to closure.
• Support security projects, system upgrades and new implementations, including site coordination, testing, commissioning, handover and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, security checks, risk assessments and Red Teaming exercises, and follow up on observations or security gaps identified.
• Coordinate and monitor security vendor performance, manpower deployment, service standards, contractual requirements and follow-up actions.
• Assist in security incidents, investigations, reporting and corrective actions, and maintain relevant security records, reports and documentation.
• Any other duties as per assigned.
