Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking Collateral Management professionals (Junior & Senior) to manage daily collateral operations for OTC derivatives and securities finance. This 6-month contract role in Marina Bay area offers exposure to margin calculations, reconciliations, and cross-team collaboration.

Applicants should be proficient with Excel, Alteryx and Power BI, capable of producing client and management reports, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Manage daily collateral operations across OTC derivatives and securities finance products.
• Monitor collateral exposures and ensure timely settlement of margin calls.
• Investigate and resolve collateral disputes and breaks with counterparties and internal teams.
• Prepare management reports, client reporting and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Utilise Excel, Alteryx, Power BI and other data analytics tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collateral operations, including margin calculations and reconciliations.
• Monitor exposures and ensure timely settlement of margin calls.
• Investigate and resolve disputes, breaks and exceptions with counterparties.
• Prepare management and client reporting, plus performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows.
• Use Excel, Alteryx and Power BI to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Maintain strong operational controls and risk management standards.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Product, Technology, Risk and Operations.
• Senior staff to provide guidance and support to juniors and contribute to projects.
