Job summary

Lee Sheng Auto Pte Ltd is seeking a confident Part-Time Cold Caller to reach out to motor dealers, rental companies and fleet owners. You will introduce our services, collect lead information and arrange appointments for our management team to discuss repair or corporate-rate arrangements.

The role requires a telemarketing mindset with strong English, and Mandarin or other languages are an advantage. Minimum 4 hours per day, Mon-Fri, at our Singapore location, with hourly pay and an appointment

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting or customer service is preferred.
• GCE N Level or O Level or equivalent is required.
• Good spoken English; Mandarin or other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective motor dealers, rental companies and fleet owners.
• Introduce Lee Sheng Auto and explain services including accident reporting and repair work.
• Identify vehicle-repair requirements for each company and gather decision-maker details.
• Arrange appointments or follow-ups for management; maintain accurate call records.

About Us

Lee Sheng Auto Pte Ltd is an established automotive workshop with over 47 years of experience in accident repairs, insurance claims, spray painting and mechanical repairs.

We are an authorised accident-reporting and repair workshop for Income Insurance and India International Insurance.

Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Part-Time Cold Caller to introduce our services to:

• Motor dealers
• Car-rental companies
• Commercial fleet owners
• Private-hire vehicle fleet operators
• Logistics and transport companies
• Companies operating multiple vehicles

Your primary responsibilities will be to identify potential business clients, introduce our workshop services and arrange appointments for our management team to discuss possible repair or corporate-rate arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective motor dealers, rental companies and fleet owners.
• Introduce Lee Sheng Auto and explain our services, including: Accident reporting and insurance-claim assistance; Accident and body repairs; Spray painting and panel beating; Engine servicing and mechanical repairs; Cash accident repairs; corporate and subcontract repair arrangements
• Identify each company’s vehicle-repair requirements.
• Obtain the name and contact details of the relevant decision-maker or workshop manager.
• Arrange appointments, workshop visits or follow-up calls for our management team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts and follow-up actions.
• Follow up with interested prospects when required.
• Meet agreed weekly calling and appointment targets.
• Follow the company’s calling guidelines and applicable data-protection requirements.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level, O Level or equivalent.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive, insurance, rental or fleet industry will be an advantage.
• Good spoken English; ability to communicate in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
• Confident, polite and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, fleet managers and workshop managers.
• Able to work independently and maintain proper call records.
• Positive attitude and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Minimum 4 hours per day
• Flexible working schedule may be arranged

Compensation

• $15 per hour
• Additional $25 for each qualified appointment secured, subject to the company’s appointment criteria
