Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Automotive Estimator / Service Advisor to manage accident repair assessments, liaise with insurers and coordinate customer servicing. This permanent on-site role is based in Ubi, Singapore, with a Mon-Fri schedule and alternate Saturdays.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in automotive roles, strong communication, and familiarity with claims platforms such as Merimen or Audatex. Driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant automotive experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and assess required repairs.
• Prepare repair quotations and cost estimates.
• Submit photos and estimates to insurers and liaise with adjusters/surveyors.
• Coordinate parts availability and pricing with suppliers.
• Brief technicians on approved repair scope and monitor job progress.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards before vehicle handover.
• Update customers on repair scope, insurance matters and progress.
• Prepare service records, quotations and invoices.

• Position: Automotive Estimator / Service Advisor – Accident Repairs
• Location: Ubi
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays
• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday - 9.00AM to 5.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $4,500 + AWS
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Lunch Provided
• Duration: Permanent
