Job summary

KINGS CART COFFEE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Management Executive to oversee daily coffee cart operations, inventory planning and event support, blending hands-on barista duties with stock control.

You will coordinate with the operations team, ensure quality coffee and service, manage stock levels, and help run on-site events while maintaining high standards and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Barista with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Experience in stock ordering, inventory management or operational coordination preferred.
• Good organisational skills to manage day-to-day operations independently.
• Pleasant, responsible and proactive with a positive working attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work weekends and support events as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coffee bar operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages per quality standards.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory levels and replenishment to minimise wastage.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor product quality, cleanliness and compliance with procedures.
• Handle cashiering, ordering and other operational admin duties as needed.
• Prepare and serve simple hot food items per food safety standards.
• Deliver professional customer service and handle day-to-day matters.
• Support coffee cart events on-site with beverage service and setup.
• Coordinate with Operations on event requirements, stock and equipment.
