The role requires a minimum ITE/NTEC or Diploma in Precision Machining with at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Interpret technical drawings and determine machining requirements to produce parts.
• Perform simple G-code/M-code programming.
• Set up and operate machines to produce parts per drawings.
• Guide and train operators with basic machining instructions.
• Design simple jigs and fixtures to improve machining processes.
• Troubleshoot dimensional non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to failure analysis and preventive actions.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. To interpret technical drawing and perform machining process and requirement to produce the work piece.
2. Perform simple machine code programming with G code / M code.
3. To operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specification.
4. Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
5. Design simple jigs & fixtures for machining improvement process.
6. To responsible of all production mechanical related product matter and troubleshoot on dimensions non-conformance, and provide corrective actions and remedy.
7. Participate in failure analysis, recommend appropriate corrective/preventive technical action (if any)
8. To perform other similar or related duties as directed by superior from time to time.

Competence Requirement

Education level:

1. Min. ITE-NTEC / Diploma in Precision Machining or its related discipline.

Experience /Competence level:

1. Min 3 years in relevant experience in related field

2. Able to interpret technical drawings, and having machining knowledge.

3. Experience in machining processes such as CNC Milling / Turning.

4. Possess good analytical, verbal /written and interpersonal skills
