Job summary

A & One Precision Engineering Pte Ltd seeks a skilled machinist/engineer to interpret drawings, set up CNC milling/turning jobs, and program simple G-code. You will guide operators, design basic fixtures, and troubleshoot dimensional issues to ensure parts meet specifications.

The role requires a minimum ITE/NTEC or Diploma in Precision Machining with at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and machine from them.
• Experience with CNC milling and turning processes.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and determine machining requirements to produce parts.
• Perform simple G-code/M-code programming.
• Set up and operate machines to produce parts per drawings.
• Guide and train operators with basic machining instructions.
• Design simple jigs and fixtures to improve machining processes.
• Troubleshoot dimensional non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to failure analysis and preventive actions.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
