Job summary

JE Human Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a CNC Milling Technician to operate precision milling machines and assemble tooling fixtures to meet production requirements.

You will interpret engineering drawings, perform basic program edits, and inspect parts with calipers and micrometers to ensure quality. Maintain 5S discipline and contribute to process improvements as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC, certificate or diploma in related field.
• At least 1 year hands-on CNC milling experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with Mastercam or similar CNC programming software preferred.
• 5 days working per week (No Overtime).

• Set up tools, fixtures, and materials based on production requirements.

• Execute production runs according to schedules and output targets.

• Interpret engineering drawings and machine parts to customer specifications.

• Perform basic program editing and adjustments when required.

• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality standards.

• Maintain good housekeeping practices, including daily 5S and cleanliness of machines and work area.

• Contribute to quality and output improvement efforts.

Job Requirements :

• NITEC / Higher NITEC, Certificate, or Diploma in Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 1 years of hands-on experience in CNC milling

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.

• Familiarity with Mastercam or similar CNC programming software will be an advantage.

• 5 days working per week (No Overtime)
