Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Maximo/CMMS Engineer for a Pharma MNC with a greenfield plant start-up. You will manage the Maximo system at the administrator level and ensure master data accuracy for work orders and maintenance activities.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, maintain asset records, support audits, and develop user guides. Diploma in engineering and 1–2 years CMMS experience preferred, open to fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Maximo system at the administrator level. Responsible to ensure that the master data is accurate, up-to-date and accessible to authorized personnel for work order management as part of routine operations. Require to work with various departments to manage Maximo system activities and ensure documentation/data meets compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain asset records (equipment, instruments etc) for the asset lifecycle from new creation, maintenance to retirement
• Ensure that all master data such as frequency, schedule, work details related to the preventive maintenance plans are accurately input
• Responsible for the accurate and timely data entry to support new entry creation and routine operational needs
• Perform work in accordance and compliant with the approved procedures and workflows for audit readiness and compliance
• Provide guidance to other users on Maximo processes
• Participate in system upgrades or enhancements as end user tester
• Develop and maintain user guides and training materials for new/updated processes with the other sites Maximo administrators
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience with Maximo, CMMS, or maintenance management systems preferred
• Knowledge of asset management and preventive maintenance processes.
• Strong data entry, documentation, and record management skills.
• Familiarity with GMP, quality, or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support system users.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or system improvements is a plus.
• Open to candidates with no prior experience
