Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a CMM Technician to perform precision inspections at Seletar Aerospace Park. The role requires reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and operating CMMs to conduct FAI and in-process inspections.

The successful candidate will handle calibration checks, maintain records in the QMS, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Working hours are Mon-Fri with a permanent contract and basic salary SGD 2,000–2,500 plus VB.

Position Title: CMM Technician

Working Location: Seletar Aerospace Park, North-East Region

Working Hours: 5-days (Mon - Fri: 8am - 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic $2000 - $2500 + VB

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to carry out quality inspections.
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI), incoming, in-process, and final inspections using different measuring equipment.
• Perform dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• Prepare and maintain inspection records according to the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Operate measuring instruments, maintain them properly, and check their calibration status before use.
• Perform visual inspections based on engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Keep inspection equipment, machines, and work areas clean and well-maintained.
• Support quality improvement, cost reduction, workplace safety, and continuous improvement activities.
• Report inspection results and non-conforming parts to the Quality Supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, GCE O-Level, or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of CMM inspection experience.
• Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM); knowledge of Hexagon PC-DMIS or Zeiss CALYPSO programming software will be an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, with good knowledge of GD&T.
• Familiar with measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work rotating shifts when required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, able to work independently, and able to work well in a team.
