• Position Title: QC Technician
• Working Location: Loyang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,200 – $2,800 per month + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CMM machines to inspect precision components.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection based on drawings and specifications.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Record inspection results and prepare quality inspection reports.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts.
• Support First Article Inspection and sample inspection activities when required.
• Work with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain proper inspection records and quality documentation.
• Support ad hoc activities at Seletar when required for Loyang project-related work, including cleanroom-related activities where applicable.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant QC inspection experience.
• Experience in operating CMM machines is required.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiar with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
• Experience in precision engineering, CNC machining, semiconductor, aerospace, or related manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of GD&T, First Article Inspection, or inspection report preparation will be an added advantage.
• Cleanroom exposure will be advantageous.
