Job summary

PVH at Seletar Aerospace Park in Singapore is seeking a QC Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts against engineering drawings and work instructions, with a strong focus on quality. You will use vernier calipers, micrometers and height gauges, record inspection results, and report non-conforming parts to the supervisor.

The role is permanent, full-time, five days a week (Mon–Fri, 8am–5:30pm), with basic salary SGD 2,000–2,500 plus VB.

Qualifications

• Reading engineering drawings
• Ability to use basic measuring tools accurately
• Good attention to detail and precision
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and work independently or in a team

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and manual inspection of parts based on engineering drawings and work instructions.


• Use basic measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to inspect parts.


• Check product dimensions and appearance to ensure they meet required specifications.


• Record inspection results and report any non-conforming parts to the supervisor.


• Ensure measuring tools are in good working condition before use.


• Keep the inspection area clean and follow 5S practices.


• Follow company quality and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, GCE O-Level, or equivalent qualification.


• Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings.


• Able to use basic measuring tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers.


• Able to perform detailed visual checks with good attention to detail.


• Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.


• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
