Job summary

Hilton Singapore is seeking a Cluster Learning & Development Manager to champion hospitality training across multiple properties. You’ll design and drive the learning strategy, build trainer networks, and lead leadership development while coaching department heads and delivering measurable impact on guest experiences.

In this role, you’ll manage budgets, partner with HR and senior leaders, and ensure programs meet brand standards and compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications in learning, facilitation, coaching, or talent development are advantageous.
• 5+ years of progressive L&D experience in luxury hospitality or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee annual Cluster L&D strategy aligned with business goals and Hilton standards.
• Design, implement and evaluate learning initiatives across both properties.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programmes and build departmental trainer networks.
• Partner with HR and leaders to support talent management and succession planning.
• Manage learning budgets and ensure ROI on training investments.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and learning governance across departments.
