Job summary

Tower Club Singapore is seeking a service-oriented team member to support member services and gym operations. You will manage member registration, handle inquiries, keep gym spaces clean, and assist with laundry and locker issuance to ensure a welcoming environment for members.

The role emphasizes customer service, basic fitness machine knowledge, and the ability to work shifts to support gym operations across hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register members at the counter to ensure accurate member records and smooth entry.
• Record and report gym activity and equipment usage to support operational monitoring.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone inquiries and schedule appointments to maintain member satisfaction.
• Pack and document used laundry items including shirts, shorts, socks, and towels to ensure proper tracking and hygiene.
• Fold clean laundry to maintain organized and presentable gym attire supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of gym areas including locker room floors, showers, and sinks to provide a safe and pleasant environment.
• Issue lockers and gym attire to members efficiently to support their workout experience.
