Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Partner Sales Specialist in a Hybrid role to drive cloud security partnerships across Greater Asia. You will build and execute structured partner plans, leverage executive relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to push regional revenue goals and secure strategic wins.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in sales development.
• Direct experience working with cloud partners.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and accelerate pipeline with your partners to ensure we deliver on regional revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships within the alliance's business organization, including their Security, Network, Cloud, and Digital Workplace practices.
• Team with the internal sales organization and your partners to drive alignment and engagement across multiple opportunities to bring them to closure.
• Build partnership brand awareness both internally and externally.
• Engage cross-functionally with the extended team across marketing, revenue operations, partner engineering, and regional partner business managers in Greater Asia.
