Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Regional Partner Programs to own the regional build, activation, and execution of priority partner programs. You will work with regional leadership and global program owners to shape design, lead launches, and drive measurable adoption across regions.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, executive influence, and hands-on ownership from problem definition through scale in a global security software environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes.
• 10+ years of experience in partner programs, partner ecosystems, channel strategy, GTM execution, or business transformation.
• Proven success independently leading complex partner programs from design through launch, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of multiple partner routes to market including reseller, MSSP, GSI, cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and translate ambiguous requirements into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own regional program priorities and execution; define a regional roadmap aligned with global strategy.
• Build and adapt partner programs; design solutions and pilot changes with global owners.
• Lead launches through stabilization; ensure regional delivery across requirements, processes, enablement, and comms.
• Drive adoption and business outcomes; mobilize regional teams and use data to diagnose barriers.
• Improve and scale proven programs; create playbooks and scale regional approaches globally.
