Job summary
Zscaler is seeking a Principal, Regional Partner Programs to own the regional build, activation, and execution of priority partner programs and go-to-market initiatives. You will shape design through regional insight and lead complex launches with executive influence to drive hands-on ownership from problem definition through scale.
You will partner with regional leadership and global owners to translate regional needs into scalable programs, ensuring measurable adoption and business outcomes
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and how to position AI-driven solutions.
- 10+ years in partner programs, partner ecosystems, channel strategy, GTM execution, or business transformation.
- Proven success independently leading complex partner programs from design through launch, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of multiple partner routes to market (reseller, MSSP, GSI, cloud) including partner economics.
- Ability to influence senior leaders, resolve cross-functional tradeoffs, and translate ambiguous requirements into executable plans.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a regional roadmap aligned with global strategy.
- Prioritize target partners, sales plays, resources, and business outcomes.
- Design solutions, assess partner economics, and lead pilots with global owners.
- Drive end-to-end regional delivery across commercial requirements, processes, and enablement.
- Mobilize regional teams to achieve partner participation and business contribution.
