Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a DevOps Lead to head a 6-person team as it evolves into a Cloud Platform function. You will blend people leadership with hands-on depth in Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD to drive a self-service platform with guardrails and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability.
• Experience managing engineers and driving cross-team collaboration.
• Strong systems and cloud fundamentals with sharp troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with networking and databases (Postgres, Redshift), plus scripted automation and internal tooling.
• Exposure to regulated and/or audited environments (PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO27001).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers as it transitions into a Cloud Platform organization.
• Own and refine the cloud platform roadmap based on stakeholder input and technical vision.
• Design and evolve the platform with self-service tooling and paved-road capabilities.
• Champion a culture of ownership with guardrails, tooling, and observability.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and quality across infrastructure, code, and documentation.
• Drive improvements in scalability, automation, CI/CD, and cost optimization.
