Job summary

CORNERSTONE GLOBAL PARTNERS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced DevOps Lead to driveDevOps engineering and operations, enabling collaboration across development, testing and IT operations. You will design and manage frameworks, automate CI/CD, and improve platform reliability and efficiency.

The role requires strong DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management experience, with a proven ability to lead and develop a technical team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, platform engineering or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with DevOps practices and automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end delivery processes.
• Ability to lead or mentor a technical team and manage stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security practices across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of DevOps architecture and frameworks.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software delivery.
• Evaluate and implement DevOps tools based on project needs.
• Develop and maintain deployment models for validation, testing, and release.
• Manage IT infrastructure to support development and deployment.
• Oversee end-to-end DevOps pipeline from planning to monitoring.
• Develop automation scripts to integrate applications with systems and environments.
