Job summary

NCS is seeking an Infrastructure Lead (Google Cloud Platform) to design, deploy and automate scalable GCP solutions for enterprise programs, including DT and O&M. You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive KPI reporting, and establish new processes to improve service delivery.

A strong background in GCP, GKE, and CI/CD is essential. Lead a team through complex cloud transformations and collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet contractual obligations while promoting security and

Qualifications

Mandatory Google Cloud certifications (architect/DevOps/developer) or equivalent.
5+ years hands-on with Kubernetes, GKE, and CI/CD tooling.
8+ years managing large-scale enterprise projects, ideally with an SI.
Proficient in Python and Shell scripting; strong problem-solving.
Exposure to AI workflows and GovTech/singapore standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of cloud architecture on GCP for large programs.
Drive automation, security, and continuous improvement across DT and O&M.
Coordinate with stakeholders and report KPI progress to directors.
Set priorities, align operations with contractual obligations, and document processes.
Mentor project teams and manage development across analytics and AI initiatives.
