Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Platform Customer Engineer in Singapore who will partner with technical Sales to differentiate the company Cloud for customers. The CE will be the primary technical partner, leading technical conversations to understand business challenges, troubleshooting questions, and conducting proofs of concepts and demos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own technical account plans and strategies.
• Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture to prove value of the Cloud Platform.
• Architect cross-pillar solutions and define initial delivery plans.
• Facilitate post-sales transition by supporting pricing and transitioning to delivery teams.
• Maintain awareness of progress against the delivery plan and support cross-functional teams.
