Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an After-Sales Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams in Singapore.

You will enable product adoption, deliver on-site guidance, and resolve complex infrastructure challenges while maintaining long-term customer satisfaction. The role requires a degree in CS/Engineering and at least 1 year in IT or cloud-related support, with strong Kubernetes and DevOps knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year in IT or internet industries with after-sales exposure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, Kubernetes, DevOps, and container ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical guidance, demos, and training to help customers adopt the platform.
• Act as primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and own technical documentation including proposals, test reports, and implementation plans.
• Manage and resolve support tickets with timely escalation when needed.
• Represent the company at events, forums, and marketing activities.
