Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Technical Pre-sales Solutions Consultant in Singapore to bridge sales and delivery for infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, backup and cloud technologies.

The role involves early customer engagement, gathering requirements, producing complete solutions, BOMs and coordinating with the Service Delivery team for professional effort. You will stay updated on technology, contribute to capability slides, and pursue relevant product certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in systems, storage and cloud across major platforms.
• Hands-on with Windows and Linux OS alongside virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.).
• Experience with backup/archival solutions such as Cohesity, Veritas, Veeam, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical pre-sales support for servers, storage, backup and cloud opportunities.
• Engage with customers early, gather requirements and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare solution writeups, BOMs, COPs and coordinate with Delivery for implementation.
