Job summary

Devopsroles is seeking a proactive Cloud Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee cloud service delivery, operations, and client success. You will manage SLAs, KPIs, and governance while building strong customer relationships to maximize value.

You will coordinate across engineering, DevOps, and support teams to ensure reliability, automation, and scalable cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, cloud computing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of cloud operations, service delivery, or IT account management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and cloud KPIs.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cloud service delivery meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee cloud operations across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS for optimal performance.
• Lead client reviews and ensure alignment with business goals.
