NETS in Singapore seeks a Lead of Cloud Engineers to guide incident resolutions and align operations with cloud strategy. You will partner with Cloud CoE, security and application teams to shape platform capabilities and design patterns for high availability.

You will own incident response, DR, patching and compliance, perform RCAs for critical events, and drive automation via IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years IT operations experience with 5+ years in AWS or similar cloud ops.
• 3+ years in leadership managing L2/L3 or CloudOps teams.
• Hands-on AWS with platform components and monitoring tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of cloud engineers and guide issue resolutions.
• Partner with Cloud CoE, security and app teams to align with cloud strategy.
• Own and evolve incident response, monitoring, patching, backup, DR and compliance.
• Lead major incident management and RCA for cloud events.
• Develop deployable cloud design patterns from the app portfolio.
• Provide research-based rationale and multiple options with pros/cons.
• Maintain knowledge of latest cloud trends and tech.
• Ensure compliance with MAS TRM and security frameworks.
• Lead cloud security operations with security teams.
• Drive automation-first ops via IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Define HA and DR design patterns for applications.
• Conduct deep-dives, reviews and postmortems.
• Oversee patch management, vulnerability remediation, IAM governance and policy enforcement.
