Job summary

AWS Managed Services is seeking Operations Engineers in Singapore to join a world-class team improving cloud support experiences. You will operate the Managed Service platform, troubleshoot deployments, and work on complex customer problems across AWS services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software development or technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to meet customers' infrastructure needs.
• Troubleshoot deployments, reproduce customer issues, and build proof-of-concept applications.
• Work on highly complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services.
• Help build and maintain CloudFormation templates and scripts to automate deployments.
• Collaborate to build utilities and tools for safe, high-speed operation at scale.
• Provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams and drive communications during incidents.
• Learn and leverage emerging technologies for ongoing improvements.
