Job summary

AALUDRA TECH SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Support Engineer to join a high-performing technology team.

The role focuses on IT operations, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, incident/change management, automation, and DevOps practices to ensure reliable service delivery. You will implement incident and change workflows using ITSM tools, manage privileged access, perform hands-on full-stack monitoring, and drive automation with Terraform and Ansible across

Qualifications

Any Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field as foundational knowledge for the role.
Experience in IT operations and DevOps practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support and optimize IT operations.
Implement incident and change management workflows using ITSM tools to ensure stability.
Manage privileged access for test and production environments.
Perform hands-on full-stack monitoring of applications and infrastructure.
Identify and implement automation to minimize downtime and errors.
Utilize Terraform and Ansible to streamline infrastructure management.
Apply Agile, DevOps, and security practices to development and deployment.
Manage cloud services across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Communicate complex issues clearly to non-technical teams.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
