Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Learning Systems Operations & Support Manager in Singapore to lead cloud-based application solutions for learning domains. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure applications while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver reliable services.

The role requires strong Java-based technology experience (Springboot, Tomcat), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and 5+ years in cloud application support, with leadership skills and ITIL/ITSM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SDLC and application architecture.
• Experience with Java tech stack including Springboot and Tomcat.
• 5+ years in cloud-based application support or maintenance.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team handling app support and user assistance.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Oversee maintenance, patches, upgrades and new releases with minimal user disruption.
• Monitor performance, availability, and reliability; drive optimization.
• Plan and execute changes with minimal business impact.
• Communicate status and changes to stakeholders including senior management.
• Manage budget for maintenance and support activities.
• Contribute to strategic planning for application maintenance and development.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
