Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Learning Systems Operations & Support Manager to lead cloud-based applications for the Learning Domain. You will design, develop, and implement robust solutions while guiding cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of our software.

The role emphasizes incident management, maintenance, performance monitoring, and strategic planning, with a focus on cost optimization and IT governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing cloud-based applications.
• Strong background in Java technologies and web apps.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Hands-on with Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead application support, incident management and user assistance.
• Oversee maintenance, patches, upgrades, and releases.
• Monitor performance, availability and reliability of apps.
• Drive change management with minimal user disruption.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage budgets for maintenance and support activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of support specialists.
• Contribute to long-term strategy for app maintenance and development.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
