Job summary

ERP21 PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Technical Services Delivery Engineer to bridge service delivery and hands-on engineering in a fast-paced environment. You will manage end-to-end service delivery, perform deep technical troubleshooting, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You will work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), on-prem infrastructure, and DevOps tooling, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement across customer environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Infrastructure.
• Experience with monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience in managed services or enterprise IT operations.
• Proven ability to manage production environments and critical systems.
• ITIL and cloud certifications preferred.
• Scripting/Automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery for assigned customers or systems.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards.
• Act as primary escalation point for technical incidents.
• Provide regular service reports, reviews, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting across infrastructure, apps, or platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain technical solutions and system improvements.
• Support deployments, upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Identify and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in RCA and implement preventive measures.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate business requirements.
