Job summary

NCS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure for enterprise services. The role emphasizes AWS-centric operations, IaC, cost governance, and production readiness within an agile team.

You will work across SaaS/PaaS/IaaS deployments, develop automation, and maintain CI/CD pipelines while staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting cloud infrastructure in production.
• Knowledge of IaC and DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and maintain technologies in AWS cloud environments.
• Set up, test, integrate, and support CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Architect and develop cloud solutions to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team to ensure delivery success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues individually and with the team.
• Operate and support IT infrastructure to meet client service levels.
• Provide AWS production maintenance support (monitoring, patching, updates).
• Apply IaC practices and use CloudFormation for deployments.
• Develop and maintain AMIs and ASG configurations.
• Implement resource tagging for cost allocation and governance.
• Ensure implementations align with client standards and policies.
• Document new/updated processes and runbooks; stay current with trends.
