Strong knowledge of cloud operations, DevOps, automation and observability.
Experience in high availability, disaster recovery and resiliency.

Responsibilities

Manage and support cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability and reliability.
Monitor system health using observability tools and proactively resolve issues.
Implement automation and DevOps practices to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with application teams to support deployments and maintain resilient infra.
Lead infrastructure projects coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
Drive disaster recovery, business continuity and service availability objectives.
Manage vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and contractual compliance.
