Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders globally to ensure risk reduction and alignment with broader goals while scaling an engineering culture focused on excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of programming in Java, Python, Go, or C++.
• 3 years building software for data privacy or security.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineers across multiple teams and locations.
• Hire and manage engineers; contribute to product strategy.
• Oversee deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.
• Set goals and align with stakeholders to reduce risk and enable business objectives.
• Drive architectural decisions and collaboration with security and software teams.
