Responsibilities

• Assist in intraoperative procedures by preparing and supporting medical devices and equipment.
• Ensure proper setup, configuration, and functionality of instruments before surgery.
• Work with surgeons and clinical teams during procedures to ensure smooth operation.
• Understand and manage full equipment workflow for each case.
• Coordinate and book surgical cases with hospitals and doctors.
• Prepare and ensure availability of all required instruments, consumables, and equipment.
• Liaise with hospital staff and internal teams for case scheduling and logistics.
• Participate in rotational standby duty to support urgent cases.
• Be responsive to last-minute bookings and hospital requests outside hours.

This role combines sales responsibilities with hands‑on clinical support in operating theatres, working closely with surgeons and hospital teams to ensure smooth execution of surgical cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in intraoperative procedures (OT support) by preparing and supporting medical devices and equipment
• Ensure proper setup, configuration, and functionality of all instruments before surgery
• Work closely with surgeons and clinical teams during procedures to ensure smooth operation
• Understand and manage full equipment workflow for each surgical case
• Coordinate and book surgical cases with hospitals and doctors
• Prepare and ensure availability of all required instruments, consumables, and equipment
• Liaise with hospital staff and internal teams for case scheduling and logistics
• Participate in a rotational standby duty schedule to support urgent surgical cases
• Be responsive to last‑minute case bookings and hospital requests outside working hours

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical support preferred
• Comfortable working in operating theatre (OT) environment
• Good understanding of medical equipment and surgical workflow
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel frequently between hospitals in Singapore
• Able to work flexible hours, including standby duty
